The beach houses use state-of-the-art hybrid construction engineered for strength and durability in tropical climates. Finishings are in sustainable farmed timber for the authentic Caribbean feel. While all the houses are built in the traditional colonial style there is a choice of different sizes and specifications available:

There is also the opportunity for owners to have certain aspects of their properties and gardens finished to their own specifications, including the option of a private plunge pool.
Once complete the development will be limited to a total of just 28 beach houses. 20 of these are being offered at a discount in the pre-construction phase.
